Accounting/bookkeeping team and MIS Process. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in finance, with at least 8+ years of experience, preferably
within the advertising or digital marketing sector.

What you will do:
· •Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare
and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth
financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for
improvement.
· •Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop
and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads.
Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for
adjustments as needed.
· •Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash
flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement
effective cash management strategies.
· •Audit and Taxation:
Coordinate and
manage annual financial audits, liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax
compliance, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
· •Financial Process Improvement:
Identify
opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
· •Treasury and Banking Operations:
Manage
banking relationships, including negotiations, credit facilities, and
day-to-day transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment
opportunities.
· •Team Leadership and Development:
Provide
leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a
culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
· • ERP System Management:
Oversee the
utilization and maintenance of the company's ERP system for financial
operations.
· • Advisory and Strategic Planning:
Provide
financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies
aligned with company goals.
Requirements
· • End-to-end ownership of the Accounts &
Finance function.
· • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial closures.
· • Leading a team of accountants, finance
executives, and MIS personnel.
· •Driving internal controls, compliance, and
governance.
· •Acting as the key liaison between the CFO and
the Accounts team
