About this role
【岗位名称】EMC工程师（初/中级工程师）
【岗位职责】
负责EMC标准及法规的研究与学习，指导产品EMC设计、测试及认证工作。
负责产品EMC设计、EMC测试、测试问题分析及整改验证，确保产品满足EMC要求。
负责样机硬件修改，包括PCB元器件（如IC、磁性元件等）拆焊与更换、单板拆装及EMC整改验证。
参与EMC设计规范的制定与完善，积累和总结EMC设计经验，形成技术文档。
【招聘要求】：
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、微电子科学与工程、电子科学与技术等相关专业，具有3年以上相关工作经验。
- 英语六级及以上，能够熟练阅读英文技术文献，具备基本的英语口语交流能力。
- 数学基础扎实，具备磁性元件及EMI滤波器设计与计算能力，具有电路仿真或计算经验，掌握EMI滤波器件的选型与测试方法。
- 具有EMC设计、测试及整改经验，熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪、EMC测试设备等仪器仪表，具备较强的电子焊接能力。
- 具有电源或UPS产品的设计、仿真、测试经验，熟悉Buck、Boost、LLC、Vienna PFC等常见电力电子拓扑结构及其工作原理。
