About this role
Job Description
- Manage Plant KPIs for both Operation, Procurement and Quality. Manage expenses, CAPEX, transformation and cost saving programs with control, analysis and reporting on yearly, monthly, and 3-years basis.
- Perform cost accounting, product costing, project costing and provide accurate timely report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze Plant manufacturing cost variance, labor productivity and freight cost.
- Conduct China sales to intercompany transfer pricing process.
- Conduct inventory management on cycle count, annual count, Scrap, E&O, forecasting.
- Participate in internal and external audits.Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/management or related field.
- Above 3 years’ accounting experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years with costing accounting experience.
- Knowledge of purchase/warehouse/production processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
