About this role
Generate creative thoughts/ideas for IMC and PR campaigns.
Write creative proposals with clear, coherent, and inspiring copy.
In charge of the presentation and delivering the concept effectively from internal to external parties.
Develop content strategies for always-on and ad-hoc campaigns, from content angle plans to detailed writings.
Be responsible for implementing creative assets such as TVC script, print-ads ideas, PR stunts, etc.
Oversee, guide, and proofread works for freelancers & juniors.
Work closely with Creative Lead and Creative members to deliver a high standard of finished work.
Coordinate with Account and Planning departments to understand job briefs and answer them with efficient solutions.
Proactively study clients' industries and their products/services, target audience's insights, and competitors’ activities.
About you
3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency or creative environment
Solid portfolio across IMC/PR campaigns, social media, TVC scripts, print ads, and digital content
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate briefs into compelling, on-brand copy
Confident presenter — able to communicate and sell creative ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
Experience developing content strategies, from angle planning to detailed execution
Comfortable guiding and proofreading work from junior copywriters and freelancers
Collaborative working style — able to coordinate effectively with Creative, Account, and Planning teams
Proactive and self-driven, with a habit of staying informed on client industries, audience insights, and competitor activity
Proficient in both Vietnamese and English copywriting
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craft and consistency across all written outputs
