Currently seeking for an Inspector to support our customer in Mirabel, QC.

The source inspector will be responsible to inspect parts at the customer site as per the requirements and report any non-conformance.

 

Job Description :

  • Perform inspections required by the documentation.
  • Ensure parts are conformed to the engineering requirements and the documentation.
  • Identify and document any non-conformance.
  • Support non-conformance root cause analysis when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years Aerospace inspection experience
  • Minimum 3+ years inspecting machining and sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Understanding of engineering, drawings, and GD&T
  • Experience inspection with scanner, laser and CMM.
  • Experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Understanding and experience in AS9100.
  • Knowledge of First Article Inspection (AS 9102)
  • Other Qualifications: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Computer proficiency is required, team-minded, communicative, being proactive
  • Candidate must have a laptop and a mobile phone.
