Deputy Manager - Projects & Construction
About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of execution of all E-BoP (PSS, EHV TL, 33KV TL) and Solar activities as per FQP
To ensure respective installation activities are on schedule
Monitoring and tracking of assigned works to ensure respective I activities are as per agreed quality.
Interact with stores for issue for desired materials
Resources mobilization planning, addressing the issue recommendation as per actual project condition
Escalation the bottleneck to Construction Manager/ Site Manager
Daily progress reporting
Ensuring zero LTI for respective area
Clearance of all non-compliances (NC’s) raise by quality team within set time
Work allotment planning, material management for mechanical activities
Acquisition learnings during execution and intimate engineering for process improvement
Innovative approach to problem solving, recording, and sharing with Project Management team for future implementation.
Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree of engineering in Electrical or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
8-12 years of experience in Construction and Project Management
Project Planning and Controlling
Quality assurance process in electrical engineering
Solar construction and monitoring
Experience in Solar project development
Should showcase good leadership, organizational, analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency in English,
Understanding of Microsoft Projects software
Willingness to work at remote project locations
