PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Directs the management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of assigned restaurant.
Leads effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards.
Drives team member training and development with an employer of choice mentality.
Creates and promotes a 5-star guest experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Aligns with Velvet Taco’s culture
Ability to travel up to 10 % of the time
Food Handlers Certification/Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
