Location: Noida, India - Hybrid

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our Noida delivery center. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your hands-on experience and technical expertise to lead project delivery, solve complex business problems, and drive the effective use of technology in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and scope technical solutions that address client needs and challenges.
• Actively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, understand their business requirements, and provide expert advice on leveraging technology for effective solutions.
• Facilitate team discussions and workshops to brainstorm innovative approaches to problem-solving and technology utilization.
• Monitor project progress, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Continuously evaluate the latest technologies and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 18-20 years of experience in technology delivery, with a focus on hands-on technical solutions, product development and project management.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems using technology, with a strong understanding of current tech trends and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
