About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OTM implementation, rollout, and support projects across geographies.
  • Work Closely with implementation team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Transportation & Logistics processes for following modules:
    • Order Management
    • Shipment Management
    • Planning & Optimization
    • Rate Management
    • Billing & Freight Settlement
    • Agents & Automation
    • Track and Trace
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, Solution Design Documents.
  • Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, UAT support, and end-user training.
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical teams for integrations with third party applications and ERP.
  • Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consulting.
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end OTM implementation/rollout projects experience.
  • Strong understanding of Transportation & Logistics business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in OTM configuration and functional setups.
  • Validate that OTM configuration meets business requirements, Identify gaps between business expectations and system setup, Get business sign-off before moving to UAT or Go-Live
  • Knowledge of OTM integrations (XML, web services, middleware) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and OIC would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Track and Trace would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / IT / Business Administration.
  • Relevant OTM certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.

Travel & Deployment:

  • Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.
  • Eligible for domestic and international project rollouts.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones based on project needs.
