Job Description 

    • The PP ensures that resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment are efficiently utilized to meet production goals. 
    • They play a crucial role in creating schedules and timelines to ensure that production targets are met within the specified timeframes. 
    • By streamlining production processes and minimizing downtime, the PP contributes to cost savings for the organization and increasing revenue. 
    • System handling in SAP, decision-making skills, knowledge of the specific manufacturing or production processes, communication skills, tools- and process knowledge, Data analytical & visualization, problem-solving, industrialization know-how and quality & regulatory knowledge.  
    • Works closely with the CST team ▪ IE ▪ Production ▪ Warehouse ▪ QC/PQE. Production Planning Work with cross-functional teams to create a good production plan and ensure timely and successful completion of production orders, considering available resources. 
    • Supervises production- Supervises resources and progress throughout the whole production process and supports all process steps in close collaboration with all dependent key interfaces. 
    • Risk Management -Anticipating and mitigating risks to production, such as equipment failures, supply chain disruptions, or capacity bottlenecks. Developing contingency plans to minimize the impact of unexpected events. 
    • Process Optimization- The PP ensures compliance with the processes and procedures. Helps to optimize the production processes in close cooperation with all dependent key interfaces. 
    • Stakeholder management- Ensures proactive communication with stakeholders and the exchange of the required information between operations and 80 customer organization. 
    • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities 

  • 2+ years production material handling experience in an electronic assembly environment
  • Familiarity and understanding of relevant ISO requirements
  • Motivated, persistent personality preferred with leadership attributes
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic computer literacy
