Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the site-based Maintenance Team and activities of the service contract.
Effectively communicate with project team, maintenance partner and customer.
Set priorities, distribute work, and monitor progress and quality.
Drive the performance and reliability of automated handling systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Identify recurring issues and elaborate ideas for improvement, i.e., the quality of work, performance of employees, and cooperation with other departments and stakeholders.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develops practical solutions to enhance system and team performance.
Manage and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and maintenance tooling.
Oversee spare parts management in CMMS, ensuring availability while optimizing costs and inventory levels.
Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Key Activities
Plan and manage team schedules and shift allocations.
Ensure optimal manpower deployment and appropriate skill distribution across shifts.
Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
Drive teamwork and culture of continuous performance improvement within the team.
Collaborate closely with operations team, maintenance partner and customer to align maintenance activities with day-to-day operational requirements.
Lead initiatives for team capability building and skill enhancement.

Expertise in automated systems and maintenance operations.

Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.
Preferred Experience
Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role.
Experience working with automated Baggage handling or material handling systems is highly desirable.
Background in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
