About this role

We are looking for a generalist software engineer with 2–6 years of experience to join our platform team and help build the infrastructure that powers LLM evaluations at scale. You'll work across the stack – from Python backend services to React frontend features – shipping quickly in a high-autonomy environment. This is a pure IC role where you'll be hands-on every day, tackling open-ended problems and iterating fast. We want someone with a sign of excellence – whether that's an impressive company, interesting research, a top-tier school, or a compelling project.

What you will be doing

Building and maintaining the platform that runs LLM benchmarks end to end – Python libraries, web platform, cloud infrastructure, and tooling

Working across the full stack as a generalist – backend Python/Django services and frontend React/TypeScript features depending on team needs

Taking fuzzy, open-ended problems and independently designing, building, and shipping solutions

Performing code reviews and architecture reviews for other engineers on the team

Collaborating closely with the research team to ensure infrastructure meets their evaluation needs
