We are looking for a NetSuite System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage, configure, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for all things NetSuite (both logistical and financial) , ensuring the platform runs smoothly and is effectively aligned with our core business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain to translate business needs into technical solutions, provide user support, and maintain the overall health and integrity of our NetSuite environment
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
System Configuration & Customization:
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite application, including custom fields, forms, records, roles, and dashboards.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain workflows using SuiteFlow to automate and improve business processes.
- Create and manage saved searches, reports, and KPIs for all departments.
User Management & Security:
- Manage user access, create and modify custom roles, and enforce security best practices to ensure data integrity.
- Set up new user accounts, provide access, and deactivate accounts for departing employees.
- Ensure that user roles and permissions are configured correctly to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.
Data Management
- Oversee the import of data using the CSV Import Assistant, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data audits and cleansing to maintain data quality and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective data management.
System Maintenance & Release Management:
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Manage NetSuite's bi-annual releases, including testing new features in a sandbox environment and managing the rollout to the production account.
- Collaborate with third-party integration partners to troubleshoot and resolve any system integration issues.
Integration Management:
- Integrate third-party solutions into NetSuite.
- Familiarity with integrating NetSuite with other business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Zip).
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator - both logistical and financial domains
- Proficiency in creating custom records, fields, forms, and workflows.
- Experience SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder.
- Expertise in building complex Saved Searches and custom Reports.
- Experience managing user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Proven ability to manage data imports and ensure data integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Agile learner with the ability to quickly grasp and implement new technologies and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Experience working in startup environments, understanding their unique challenges and dynamics.
- Experience with SuiteScript
Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000.
