About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Interior FF&E Specialist with advanced Revit expertise to support the technical delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects.

This role focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering detailed interior documentation from Stage 2 through Stage 5, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into coordinated, buildable, and procurement-ready information.

You will work across high-end hospitality and residential projects, contributing to the production of technically robust interior packages within a BIM-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate detailed Revit-based interior documentation across all project stages (2–5)
  • Develop technical drawing packages including GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery details
  • Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers
  • Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement, and construction use
  • Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments
  • Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and bespoke interior elements
  • Support FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals
  • Ensure all solutions meet durability, performance, maintenance, and luxury hospitality standards
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in interior Architecture or similar
  • 8-15 years of experience in interior architectural design
  • Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Proven proficiency in Revit (Architectural)
  • Experience in hospitality or residential projects (villas, hotels, resorts).
  • Solid understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing, and documentation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Global project exposure — contribute to luxury hospitality developments across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
  • A truly international team — collaborate across cultures, disciplines, and time zones with people bringing diverse perspectives and expertise.
  • High ownership environment — we value initiative, independent thinking, and people who take responsibility for meaningful work.
  • Growth opportunities — as we scale, we create new roles internally and support team members in expanding their scope and responsibilities.
  • Flexible collaboration formats — depending on the role, we offer fully remote, hybrid, and on-site opportunities designed to support effective collaboration and individual productivity.
  • Work on projects from concept to realization — contribute across the full architectural and engineering journey, from early design through execution.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration — engage directly with interiors, architecture, landscape, construction, and operations teams from the earliest project stages.
