Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

The Fund Transactions Officer is responsible for capture of the data and prices received from the Custodian Banks or Service Providers, whatever the flow used to receive this data.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Reparation of the automated flows in error in the different systems (Hospital, Xentis…),
• Input and control of the prices received from the different vendors and used in the valuations of the Lombard Policies on a daily and quarterly basis,
• Reparation, input and control of the corporate actions received from the different vendors or custodian banks,
• Management of the queries received from various internal teams in relation with Non-traditional Assets or Capital Transactions bookings,
• Control of SWIFT Gateways in Swift Alliance software,
• Sorting of all post documents received to ensure the proper capture of the ones related to bookings and not already captured automatically,
• Manual input of non-automated transactions such as Derivatives or Deposits.
  

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Fund Transactions Officer?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field,
• An experience in Data Capture, Fund Accounting or in a similar position and/or in a life insurance sector position would be considered as an asset,
• Flexible with a positive attitude towards problem solving issues,
• Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment,
• Knowledge of the fund administration system Xentis, data provider Thomson Reuters, and/or main SWIFT Messages would be considered as an asset,
• Good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially Excel),
• Good level in English is mandatory (any additional European language would be considered as an advantage).
