Join the Utah Department of Health & Human Services as an Office Specialist II of the Vital Records Administration. You will work with a dynamic group of like-minded professionals in a fast paced comfortable setting. This role goes beyond basic clerical tasks like filing and answering phones. It requires high-level administrative skills and significant attention to detail regarding policy and procedure.
The position involves issuing and amending vital records, which requires advanced office skills and the ability to utilize complex systems. The successful candidate must be able to gather and apply pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to individual customer interactions effectively.
