Key Responsibilities Job Description Would you like to achieve success and fulfillment while helping improve the lives of Utah students? The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) invites you to consider an opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact on Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across the state. USBE is currently seeking three dedicated Education Specialists to join a collaborative team that supports districts, charter schools, educators, administrators, postsecondary partners, and industry leaders in strengthening CTE programs. These positions provide statewide leadership for assigned CTE pathways, career clusters, and initiatives. Education Specialists play a key role in program continuous improvement, professional learning, partnership building, and student success. This work directly supports Utah students in gaining the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed for college, career, and workforce success. This position requires a strong understanding of Career and Technical Education programs, pathways, instructional practices, workforce alignment, and educational leadership.
