Overview
US Tool Group is currently seeking a Systems Support Specialist for its rapidly expanding business. This position is a full-time permanent role with full benefits. Our corporate headquarters is located in Farmington, Missouri, but this position will be eligible for hybrid remote work flexibility.
As a Systems Support Specialist, you will get to showcase your customer service skills and technical prowess by helping to support the daily operation of our many computer systems. You will also have the opportunity to work on and help manage exciting projects. We believe in providing our teams with the best resources to allow for creation of the most innovative solutions. You will get to work with and be part of a Systems Specialist Team that functions as a respected and vital component of the Company in supporting our technical infrastructure while helping to solve complex problems. If you have
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to perform and keep track of multiple tasks and projects
Able to work independently while meeting established timelines
Good organizational skills and follow through

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Self-motivation, initiative, and the drive to succeed
Experience with operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, virtualized infrastructure, and network host management
Ability to follow and create effective standard operating procedures
Experience supporting and handling data in a confidential and/or regulated environment
Specialized training or degree in a relevant field and/or 3-5 years professional experience
Experience managing or maintaining cloud or hybrid tenants
Experience in vulnerability management of network, server, and endpoint systems
A strong background in the following
Windows host management, configuration and deployment
Desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware and related configuration
Development and implementation of preventative and proactive maintenance plans
Troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network performance issues
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user-facing reference material
