Must be able to use hands with a great amount of dexterity
Ability to handle drills #56 to 1 1/4” in diameter
Daily Responsibilities
Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
Operate large machinery while sitting majority of time
Run production drills by large quantity
Use provided measuring tools to check work and ensure tolerance is adhered to
Meet daily deadlines for group goal
Set machine for splitting different types of drills
Clean up designated work area for next shift
Report any problems with machines to Shift Supervisor
Physical Requirements
100% standing/sitting (employees preference)
Lifting up to 25 lbs
Pushing and pulling of drills into machine slot
Use hands and feet repeatedly for same type of motion
Bending, reaching, and knelling when cleaning
