If you have
Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
Ability to perform basic functions of arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
Ability to perform reading, writing and speaking at a basic level
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
A typical day may look like this
Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
Operate machine using measuring tools
Understanding of work tolerances
Monitoring work quality
Keep tooling and work organized
Reading and signing of paperwork
Fill out production log daily
100% Standing/sitting (employee preference)
Lifting up to 25 lbs.
5 -10% shifting or bending
