SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS

Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team in either New York or Buenos Aires. In this hybrid role, you will translate customers’ and partners’ business challenges into scalable technical solutions across the full commercial lifecycle — from pre-sales opportunity support and onboarding through implementation and retention, alongside partner integrations and RFx responses. If you have a passion for solving technical problems in a commercial context and thrive at the intersection of engineering and customer-facing delivery, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Web/App CMP – Opportunities, Onboarding, Implementation & Retention

  • Support Account Executives during the sales cycle with technical discovery, solution design, and demos for CMP opportunities.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring a smooth path to go-live and time-to-value.
  • Partner with Customer Success on retention and churn prevention, diagnosing and resolving technical issues that put renewals at risk.
  • Design and deliver solution architectures that can be scaled across thousands of customers.

Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to provide technical expertise that establishes new, successful integrations.
  • Support, test, and validate implementations of Usercentrics API-based solutions across partner platforms.
  • Contribute technical content to partner enablement resources, including onboarding materials and certification programmes for Usercentrics technology partners.

RFx

  • Own technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, partnering with Legal and Product on complex requirements.
  • Reuse and evolve solution documentation across similar RFx requests to improve turnaround time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Solve complex challenges around product, solution design, and technical integrations in partnership with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Provide structured customer and partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering to improve product feature offerings.
  • Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across customers and partners, including C-level, product, and operations contacts.

Experience

  • Software engineering background, whether self-taught or through formal education.
  • 2+ years of experience writing and deploying high-quality production code to deliver business value.
  • Experience in product development, software development, or technical programme management.
  • Proven experience with projects or partnerships involving API integrations and solution design.
  • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API-based solutions.
  • Experience working with AI tools or building AI-powered solutions is a plus.

Languages

  • Written and spoken professional (Native/Near Native) in English.
