Skills & Qualification
Extensive experience in payroll operations management, specifically within the EMEA region, to ensure compliance and efficiency
Proven ability to manage global/EOR payroll operations, demonstrating deep understanding of international payroll regulations
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team of payroll professionals
Exceptional strategic planning abilities to align payroll operations with broader organizational goals
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide clear guidance
Problem-solving expertise to address payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Proficiency in payroll software and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end payroll operations for the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll operations with other business functions
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
Monitor and analyze payroll metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Stay informed of changes in payroll regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly
