About this role

What will you be doing?

You will be at the heart of our international payroll operations, ensuring seamless payroll execution across multiple countries. Your role will involve:

  • End-to-End Global Payroll Management – Oversee payroll processing for internal employees across 150+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.

  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation – Stay ahead of evolving global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and maintain full regulatory adherence.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with external payroll vendors, internal HR, Finance, and leadership teams to optimize payroll workflows and address operational challenges.

  • Payroll Controls & Audit Readiness – Implement robust pre-payroll validation checks and real-time payroll controls, ensuring transparency and audit readiness at all times.

  • Process Optimization & Automation – Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes through automation and technology adoption, reducing manual dependencies and enhancing efficiency.

  • Payroll Dashboard & Reporting – Develop insightful payroll dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into payroll trends, compliance metrics, and cost optimization strategies.

  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture while driving continuous learning and process excellence.

What do we need?

We are looking for a seasoned Global Payroll leader who brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and deep domain knowledge. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in Global Payroll and HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

  • Proven expertise in international payroll compliance , specifically EMEA, including tax laws, statutory requirements, and social security regulations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring 100% payroll accuracy while proactively addressing discrepancies.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive payroll efficiency at scale.

  • Proficiency in payroll technology, ERP systems, and automation tools, leveraging tech to streamline payroll operations.

  • Effective leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing payroll teams.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities, capable of translating complex payroll data into meaningful business insights.
