About Job
As a Global Benefits Solutions Specialist, you will play a strategic role in improving adoption and profitability of our global benefits portfolio. You will work across partnerships, pricing, and procurement to drive margin improvements while ensuring competitive offerings for clients. This role combines analytical skills, market intelligence, client-facing solution design, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to maximize adoption, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
5–12 years of experience in benefits, insurance broking, or global HR/benefits consulting.
Strong experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the benefits/insurance domain.
Skills
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities (client-facing).
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Ops.
Knowledge of EMEA and global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities
Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers.
Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
Continuously analyze global benefits market trends and competitor offerings.
Provide intelligence to refine product positioning and client solutions.
Oversee renewal management, ensuring smooth client transitions and favorable outcomes.
Handle escalations and revenue protection, minimizing churn and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Partner with Sales on RFP responses, client pitches, and solution design.
Tailor benefits solutions to meet client needs while ensuring profitability.
Drive improvement in adoption of benefits products globally.
Partner with Product Marketing (PMM) to execute adoption strategies, build communication campaigns, and train Sales/CSM teams as a subject matter expert (SME).
Drive refinement in pricing mechanisms and cost optimization.
Support renewal negotiations and cost improvement initiatives with insurers and partners.
