Web Application Firewall (WAF) Services Expert
Location: Remote
Period: 11/01/2027 to 31/12/2027
Utilisation: Part-time (approx. 45%)
Contract type: Contract / freelance

Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the Azure Web Application Firewall (Azure WAF)
- WAF ruleset management
- WAF platform optimisation according to vendor recommendations and best practice
- Liaising with relevant application teams for WAF rule optimisation
- Development of customised WAF rules
- Documentation of all changes in WAF environments
- Monthly activity reports
Requirements
Eligibility
- You must have EU residency and right to work
Requirements
- Fluent English
- At least 6 years' relevant experience
- Proven experience administering Azure WAF in a production environment
- Strong communication skills for liaising with cross-functional application teams
