Summary:

This is an entry level position within the Lease Acquisition Marketing Group that supports Account Managers in researching oil purchase and competitor economics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Key responsibility is to provide analytical support to the Account Managers.
  2. Duties include preparing economic analysis, communicate and track nominations, interfacing with trucking, accounting, division order, and supporting customer service.
  3. Duties will include frequent communication with customers to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
  4. Job duties will require strong verbal communication skills.
  5. Special projects as required.

 



Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  1. Degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration or other related fields) or equivalent experience
  2. 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proven analytical skills and proficient computer applications knowledge.
  5. Must have excellent prioritization and time management skills and must be detail and deadline oriented.
  6. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
  7. Ability to assemble and present marketing data to both internal and external customers.
  8. This position requires incumbent to perform accurate administrative functions and be able to work effectively with all departments within organization.
  9. Extensive customer communication either in person or by phone is required.

·         Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%25 of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

·         Occasional overnight travel may be required.
