We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our operations through data management, reporting, and operational administration as

Warehouse Operation Import Clerk in our main facility at Koropi :

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and analyze operational reports for the Import Operations team and other business departments.

• Manage and process large volumes of operational data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

• Extract, validate, and interpret data to support operational decision-making

• Handling package-related administration

• Liaise with internal departments to support reporting and operational requirements

• Provide operational support and cover for warehouse personnel when required.

• Perform general operational and administrative tasks based on business needs and workload priorities.

Working hours:

04:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications:

• Secondary or higher education qualification

• Advanced Computer skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot tables, Formulas, data analysis ) and Access

• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools will be taken in consideration

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills in Greek and English.

• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar operational environment.

• Experience in data reporting, operational analytics, or business support functions.
