Job Description

• Maintain and control on user parameter maintenance, release management to ensure all user parameters are maintained correctly under dual control and the proper approval

• Coordinate with UOBS, Project Management and external parties such as VISA, MasterCard for Group Projects, enhancement, release deployment and 3rd party compliance

• Manage and monitor projects or system enhancement which require new user parameter application

• Engage business and operations users to prepare UAT scenarios

• Define UAT plan, including objectives, scenarios, E2E scope, efforts, test scripts, entry and exit criteria

• Execute UAT scripts, raise defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution

• Closely co-working with colleagues in Singapore related to any system change/support

Qualification;

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.

• Experienced in Parameter set up for Banking Operation system is preferable

• Familiar with UAT plan, test script preparation, and UAT activities management

• Logical thinking concept and analytic skill are essential

• Communicable in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)

• Able to work at UOB Sathon & UOB Phetkasem (Very close to BTS/MRT)
