Tl;dr : As part of the CEO office, you’ll work on a wide range of topics: you are a generalist who enjoys taking on new challenges and your motto is to get things done.
You're deep in commercial strategy, and the next day you're helping solve an operational challenge nobody has had time to think about yet. You'll have direct access to the founder, full visibility into how the business runs.
What matters is that you're sharp, hungry, and you enjoy working in a team. You like go-to-market activities and have a few successes in that area already, and you are comfortable discussing accounting and finance topics. You're fluent in German and English.

The Unified Identity Fabric connects identity providers, hyperscalers, SaaS applications, and on-premises systems through native integrations, then constructs a live identity graph that maps every account, permission, credential, and resource in full context. Granted access and actual usage are correlated continuously, exposing access paths and cross-system relationships that no single tool resolves on its own.
Unosecurs integrations capture runtime behavior beyond the reach of periodic snapshots and surface metadata. At that depth, Unosecur correlates permissions, behavior, and cross-environment signals to surface shadow admins, toxic privilege combinations, standing privileges, identity drift, and cross-cloud identity chains. Each finding carries ownership, effective permissions, access history, and blast radius, so exposure is prioritized by real impact rather than alert volume.
Enforcement runs on the same runtime evidence. Unosecur applies zero trust by right-sizing entitlements to observed behavior, reducing standing privileges, and enforcing just-in-time elevation that expires automatically. A natural-language copilot translates intent into reviewable change that executes only after approval and records each step it takes.
