Communications Coordinator is responsible for telling the story of STEM is
Child’s Play and the AI Living Lab through social media, photography, video,
digital content, and community engagement. This position will document the
organization's programs, students, experiments, hydroponics, aquaponics,
water-testing laboratory, events, and community impact. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the organization's social media presence across
platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Preferred QualificationsExperience managing social media for a nonprofit,
school, business, community organization, or similar organization.
The coordinator should consistently produce original, high-quality content and maintain an active online presence. Success will be measured by consistency of posting, quality of content, audience engagement, reach, follower growth, event promotion, and the organization's overall digital visibility. |
