The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

General Purpose: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

PT position available (30 hrs) Days M-F

Responsible for care of women with high-risk pregnancies in the ambulatory setting. This position will focus on providing specialized nursing care, education, and care coordination for these patients. The RN will collaborate closely with providers and insurance companies to complete medication prior authorizations and facilitate timely access to prescribed therapies and supplies. Additional duties include telephone triage to ensure communication between patients and providers and coordination of care.

Position includes fetal monitoring. Fetal monitoring experience and minimum of 1-2 years obstetrical nursing experience required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary maternal-fetal medicine setting.
