$37.12 - $50.11The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
FT position, Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Opportunity to be a nurse in a specialized oncology environment. The opportunity involves performing and organizing nursing care for this distinctive team. This dynamic role includes but is not limited to: side-effect management, patient assessments, clinical nursing interventions, high level of care-coordination, patient education, etc. The team with its various locations presents opportunity to further diversify and strengthen one’s nursing experience across greater spectrum including hospital and community settings. This diverse and multidisciplinary team can be an outstanding platform for a candidate with motivation, positive attitude, robust interpersonal communication skills, and ability for autonomous decision making. Recent acute care and or oncology experience could be an asset.
