About this role

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Potential varied shifts. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

 

We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:

  • Lead a high-impact team that helps shape the patient experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the hospital while driving operational excellence and service quality
  • Grow your leadership career in a dynamic healthcare setting with direct responsibility for team development, staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives that make a visible difference every day
  • Be a key operational partner collaborating with clinical and support teams to optimize workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, visitors, and staff

 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Required

 

Work Experience
  • 3 years related experience. Required
  • 2 years supervisory experience. Required
