Summary of Job Duties:
The Extra Help Assistant is responsible for providing unskilled, semi-skilled labor or performing basic office tasks in a state agency or institution. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.o Clerical duties such as filling
o Assisting in organization TRiO Student Support Services Events
o Creating flyers, newsletters, and other TRiO Publications
o Answer calls for the TRiO Student Support Services Office
o Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Good academic standing
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
o Must be able to type
