Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

New York · Hybrid$200k – $250k + Equity

About this role

What we're looking for

We need a senior product designer with 6+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products who can own the end-to-end UX across multiple web applications. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and have a track record of simplifying complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. Bonus points if you've designed AI-native or agentic product experiences.

What you'll do:

Design core product workflows across three web applications: an admin dashboard, a web chat widget, and session-based payment checkout pages

Take ownership of the full product design scope — from UX research and ideation through to polished, shippable UI

Work closely with the head of product, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into intuitive experiences

Innovate on interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic software interfaces that are still being defined industry-wide

Lead UX improvements for agent configuration, monitoring, analytics, and operational tooling

Conduct or participate in customer interviews and usability sessions to inform design decisions and validate solutions

Prototype and iterate rapidly in Figma, collaborating with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation

Contribute to product direction and roadmap discussions, helping shape what great AI interfaces look and feel like

Establish design standards and patterns that scale as the product and team grow
