Representative, Cash Management
About this role
UTA seeks a Representative, Cash Management to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a high attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the proper client booking promptly
Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from buyers and clients
Responsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookings
Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking details
Research variances between booking and cash receipt
Provide backup to other team members
Address stakeholder inquiries
Assist with ad hoc requests
What You Will Need
1+ years of Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
Prior experience in a customer service-focused role a plus
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
