Position Highlights:
• Our Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians may work a 1.0 FTE, call, on average, no more than 24hrs/week, usually 12hr shifts unless physician would prefer otherwise.
• Flexibility in workload, able to decrease to 0.8 FTE.
• Collaborative teamwork with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners.
• Outstanding clinical practice supports with focus on decreasing physician burnout.
• On-site laboratory, radiologic and pharmacy services.
• On-site or regional Fertility, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and other women’s health sub-specialty services.
• Clinical practices located in Boston and surrounding metropolitan area.

Required Qualifications:
- BC/ BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology or able to obtain licensure
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or able to obtain licensure
- Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
- Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
- Committed to providing high quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing patient population
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,848 - $555,132. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
