Job DetailsJob Location: Office of Cuba Broadcasting - Doral, FL 33166Primary Responsibilities:
Manage technical operations supporting television, radio, streaming, and digital broadcast services.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadcast, production, transmission, and IT systems.
Coordinate technical support for live broadcasts, special events, and remote productions.
Supervise engineering and technical personnel, assigning work priorities and monitoring performance.
Ensure broadcast systems operate efficiently and minimize on-air disruptions and technical downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for broadcast equipment and infrastructure.
Coordinate installation, testing, and deployment of new technologies, equipment, and system upgrades.
Stays abreast of the latest/new technology
Researches, gathers, and logs video and audio feeds
Operates computers
Completes tasks accurately and independently prior to deadline, in according with editorial and production priorities
Functions as effective member of a team
May serve as a team leader, assigning work and coaching team members and reporting to management on their performance
Other related duties as assigned
