Job DetailsJob Location: Washington Headquarters - Washington, DC 20237Salary Range: $44.55 - $44.55 Hourly• Professional experience in the creation of digital design, data visualization and or visual journalism that allows for the creation of graphics for breaking news and or long form enterprise journalism, video series, explainers; data driven and visual stories for television and social media content. Content includes maps, charts and interactive graphics that are clear and engaging
• Create, update, and manage broadcast graphics, including lower thirds, full-screen graphics, over-the-shoulder graphics, tickers, infographics and animations.
• Prepare graphic elements using approved templates and branding standards. Content meets editorial guidelines and Best Practices.
• Coordinate with producers, directors, technical staff, and newsroom personnel to ensure graphics accurately support broadcast and or digital content
• Stays abreast of trends in digital and television graphics given expertise in software for interactive graphics.
• Completes tasks accurately and independently meeting deadlines.
• Functions as effective member of a team. Works directly with a team of editors, reporters, producers across the newsroom.
• Fluency in the Korean language –the target language.
• Other related duties as assigned
