Job DetailsJob Location: Office of Cuba Broadcasting - Doral, FL 33166Primary Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee studio floor operations for live broadcasts, recorded productions, special events, and multi-camera productions.

Serve as the primary liaison between directors, producers, technical staff, on-air talent, and studio personnel to ensure effective communication and execution of production plans.

Coordinate and supervise floor managers, production assistants, stagehands, and other studio support personnel.

Manage studio readiness, including set preparation, props, talent positioning, guest coordination, and production logistics.

Ensure adherence to production schedules, rundowns, and broadcast timelines while responding to changing operational requirements.

Lead floor operations during high-profile broadcasts, breaking news coverage, and special productions.

Monitor studio activities to identify and resolve operational, safety, or production issues in real time.

Serves as floor director or teleprompter operator, as required

Stays abreast of the latest/new technology

Operates computers

Completes tasks accurately and independently prior to deadline, in according with editorial and production priorities

Functions as effective member of a team

May serve as a team leader, assigning work and coaching team members and reporting to management on their performance

Other related duties as assigned
