Job DetailsJob Location: Office of Cuba Broadcasting - Doral, FL 33166Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate studio floor activities for live and recorded television, radio, and digital productions.
Act as the primary communication link between the control room, producers, directors, technical staff, and on-air talent.
Cue presenters, guests, and performers during broadcasts using verbal and non-verbal communication methods.
Ensure talent, equipment, props, and sets are prepared and positioned before and during production.
Assist with maintaining broadcast schedules and production timelines to ensure smooth program execution.
Monitor studio operations and address operational issues that may impact production quality or continuity.
Coordinate movement of guests, presenters, and production personnel within the studio environment.
Support setup and breakdown of studio sets, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment as needed.
Serves as floor director or teleprompter operator, as directed
Works with supervisor to be familiar with the latest/new technology
Operates computers
Completes tasks accurately and independently prior to deadline, in according with editorial and production priorities
Functions as effective member of a team
Other related duties as assigned
