Job DetailsJob Location: Office of Cuba Broadcasting - Doral, FL 33166Primary responsibilities:

 Assist with publishing and distributing digital content across web, social media, and streaming platforms.

 Monitor digital broadcasts and online content to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

 Support live-streaming and digital production activities by setting up and operating broadcasting tools and software.

 Upload, organize, and maintain digital media files, ensuring content is properly formatted and accessible.

 Track and report basic audience engagement metrics and platform performance data.

 Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with technical staff to resolve more complex problems.

 Participates in the creation and development of regularly scheduled or special radio and/or tv programs and/or web and social media sections, as assigned

 Contributes to production elements of programs and content for broadcast and/or web and social media, including fine editing of taped material, as assigned

 As assigned, edits and approves copy and content prepared or written by others for broadcast and/or publication for inclusion in his/her assigned stories

 Contributes finished products meeting standards to production elements of programs and content for broadcast and/or web and social media, including fine editing of taped material and static and motion graphics, as assigned

 Contributes to teamwork, facilitating tasks of teammates, as needed

 Meets VOA standards for productivity, quality, and meeting deadlines

 Makes suggestions about policy and workflow improvements

 Works independently or as a member of a team

 Fluency in target language (written, spoken) and deep knowledge of the target area, plus the ability to adapt stories into English as assigned, within the time assigned

 Other related duties as assigned
