Job Description
Assist faculty and staff in the Department of Political Science.
Greet and assist department guests
Copy and scan course materials
Run campus errands such as picking up and returning materials. Manage incoming mail and packages
General research and data entry
Create posters, flyers and other promotional materials
Assist with department events
Organize and help run one of our biggest events, Career Pathways
Qualifications:,
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn new skills.
Effective communication skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor towards all levels of staff, faculty, and the community.
