JOB SUMMARY: Student to work with Administrative Assistant of Heilman Dining Center
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Be available to work at least 6 hours a week, between 10am-5 pm
Hours and Mon-Fri Days are flexible.
- Filing, copying and organizing office documents
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge in Excel, Adobe, and Word documents.
Enjoy working with people.
Learn quickly with little guidance.
Previous office experience preferred.
Pay Grade: SP Student 1, Starting at $13.75/hr
