Theming Coordinator

What you get to do:

  • Maintain, process and control confidential files and records
  • Input large amounts of data
  • Assist with material inventory process
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and vehicles
  • Attend leadership meetings and record notes
  • Monitor Entertainment duty phone line and assist with Ambassador correspondence
  • Upkeep documentation for Theming related orders, builds, installs and strikes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for entire shift
  • Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
