Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ year leading an operational or staff planning team
  • 2+ years of operational experience
  • 30% travel as needed
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills
  • Experience building strong relationships and work in a team environment
  • Strategic and forward-thinking skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in education or adult training
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.

About the job:

The Manager – Business Partner Training Deployment is responsible for the overall strategy and coordination of training delivery for Airport Operations employees for the system hubs as well as regional metro and line stations and regional international operations. They oversee training delivery for Airport Operations Cargo employees and leaders for each hub; up to 50 metro/line stations in addition to vendor service providers. This leader develops and executes strategies to ensure training programs are timely and high quality as well as directing analysis for training validation and return on investment requirements. The position leads a team of training instructors who implement worldwide training. The leader supports leadership in the stations and region with initial, recurrent and ad-hoc training experiences as needed.

Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:

  • Translates the business requirements into the learning solutions commensurate with performance, regulatory, and collective bargaining agreement requirements
  • Executes processes to ensure training programs are timely, of high quality and within budget
  • Manages shared training service resources, distribution of materials, facility and equipment, enrollment and training tracking
  • Drive implementation and adoption of learning technologies with users
  • Collaborates with learning technology leaders to ensure accurate tracking of courses in Learning Management System
  • Ensures test administration and use of test results conform to company policies and legal requirements
  • Diagnoses required competencies and assesses current capabilities for curriculum development
  • Partner with leaders to prioritize curricula design and development, testing and evaluation
  • Acts as a resource to the hub to execute timely, high-quality training programs and escalate issues to a system level for res

The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
