About this role

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
  • Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.
  • Ensure that user needs and feedback are in corporated into project deliverables.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.

Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.

Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.
