Supervisor, Facilities
About this role
uniQure is seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Supervisor, Facilities to own the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our Lexington office locations. This role is dedicated to office/administrative space - not lab or manufacturing areas - and is the go-to person ensuring our workplaces run smoothly, safely, and efficiently for employees every day. Sitting within Global Operations, you will manage the building relationship with our landlord(s), oversee vendors and contractors, and handle routine maintenance and office operations. You will also play a key role in supporting the company's space strategy - helping coordinate potential office expansions, tracking floor/space utilization, and helping shape our approach to flexible/on-demand office space as our workforce and needs evolve. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a facilities issue in the moment and thinking ahead about how our office footprint should grow and adapt.

- Support development and tracking of the facilities operating budget for office locations; monitor vendor invoices and spend against budget
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, warranties, and facilities documentation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- You are proactive and hands-on - you don't wait for a ticket to notice something needs fixing
