LOCATION REQUIREMENT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is NOT a remote position. This position is based in Miami, Florida and requires an on-site presence. Candidates must be available to work locally in Miami and attend off-site production activities, meetings, photo/video shoots, press checks, installations, vendor visits, and other production-related activities as required. International travel may be required as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creative Production Specialist to join and support our in-house Production Management team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and project-management skills with practical knowledge of creative production across multiple channels. This role supports projects from initial planning and estimating through production, delivery, and final execution, working closely with internal creative teams, vendors, production partners, and other stakeholders.


JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist the production team with communications with external vendors for print, photography, video, digital or other special projects including but not limited to estimating, project tracking, and follow up with accounting. 

● Use Monday.com, Dropbox, and other online platforms as needed to maintain departmental communications, project organization, tracking and more. 

● Assist with research and gathering information for projects such as mood boards, production samples, etc. 

● Assist the production team with preparation for shoots, including organizing equipment, props, etc. 

● Act as a liaison between Creative and Resort Operations teams, and other company stakeholders, prior to, during shoots and in post-production as needed. 

● Coordinate communication and distribution of shoot documents such as schedules, call sheets, and releases. 

● Coordinate logistics with production team for crew and talent, including transportation and accommodations. 

● Help coordinate set up and break down of production with crew and resort team. 

● Participate in pre-and post-production tasks, such as file naming, organization, and storage back-up.

● Provide general support to the production team as needed, including running errands and obtaining supplies. 

● Monitor and track inventory of production supplies and company equipment. 

● Assist in other aspects of pre-production and production-related tasks ad hoc. These would be items that can be related to most aspects of production and can exist extemporaneously (that are not initially part of a modeled process flow)

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications include:

  • Print Production: Knowledge of commercial printing processes, production specifications, substrates/materials, color, finishing, proofing, prepress, vendor coordination, quality control, and delivery.  
  • Video / TV Commercial Production: Experience supporting and coordinating video productions from pre-production through shoot, post-production, and final delivery. Familiarity with television and commercial production workflows, including production coordination, post-production, specifications, trafficking, and final asset delivery. 

  • Photo / Video Shoot Production: Experience coordinating photo shoots, including schedules, locations, talent, photographers, crews, equipment, vendors, production logistics, and deliverables. 
  • OOH (Out-of-Home) Production: Working knowledge of OOH production, including billboards, large-format graphics, signage, displays, installations, and related production specifications.
  • Digital Production: Experience coordinating the production and delivery of digital creative assets across various platforms and formats. 


------------------------------------ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------------------ 

  • Previous work experience in print / photo / video production environment is required. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, evenings and holidays (due to ad hoc projects and business decisions). 
  • Must have a valid Passport and the ability to travel internationally. 
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office a must. 
  • Knowledge of post-production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus. 


EXPERIENCE: 

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Creative Production Specialist competently.


Education: Associate or bachelor's degree (A.A. / B. A.) from four-year College or university; and two to three years of experience with a production, advertising, or creative design studio; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience: Minimum 5 year(s) background or experience in tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
