Who you are: 

Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere.

 What you'll do:

  • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry
  • Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
  • Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success

  • Experience working as a barista in a similar environment
  • Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
